DESCRIPTION:

Have a smaller project that you’ve been thinking about for a while but just can’t seem to get it going? Maybe you haven’t had time, don’t know where to start or just need a little inspiration for a room refresh. We would love to hear about your project & help get it off the ground! Onpoint Design Company will put together a Furniture Plan & Mood Board for your project with detailed product specifications which will be your guide to bringing your project to life. Other design services may be included to meet your specific project needs.

Starting a new project doesn’t have to feel overwhelming, we’re here for you!
At Onpoint Design Company, we believe good design should be accessible for all and the process to get there should be fun! We start by simply listening to truly understand the goals and vision for your project. You can rest assured that we will provide you with a clear and detailed plan that meets your needs and tells the story of your home, family, or business.

Step One | Let's Connect
Big or small, we would love to hear about your project! Every project begins with an in-person or virtual consultation to understand the project needs. We will review the goals for the project as well as scope, schedule and budget. At Onpoint Design Company, we understand the importance of finding a trusted team for your project. We want to ensure all are comfortable moving forward to bring your project to life!

Step two | Proposal + Agreement
A proposal for professional interior design fees will be drafted outlining the specific project needs and billing information. Once an agreement has been reached, we get to work!
Step Three | Design + Documentation
Let the fun begin! At this point we dig a little deeper to discover any additional information about the project to ensure we are on the right track. This phase includes taking measurements of the space and verifying existing conditions, if needed. With site verification completed, we can then begin space planning and developing concepts. Throughout this process we will have several review/approval meetings to communicate the overall design and details of the project. We want to make sure you love the design of your new space! Finishes, fixtures and furniture selections will be reviewed and approved as well during this phase. Once all plans and selections are approved, final construction documents will be put together for contractors to bid. At Onpoint Design Company, we understand the importance of putting together thorough construction documents in order to receive accurate bids. Assistance during the bidding process is provided as well.
Step Four | CONSTRUCTION + COORDINATION
Depending on the size and scope of the project, the length of this phase can vary greatly. As questions may arise during the construction process, we are here to assist in ensuring that the quality and design intent are met. Onpoint Design Company is here to see your project through from conceptual design to completion.
